Blow Molding Process
1)Pretreatment of materials
Generally, there is no need to do drying treatment, but if it is damp, it needs to be dried. The drying temperature was 65°C, and the drying time was 4 hours.
2) Process parameters:
During processing, the processing temperature should be strictly controlled.
Blow molding temperature: 150-180°C
Blown film thickness: 0.02-0.08mm
Screw speed: 30-80RPM
Inflation ratio: 2-4
